I’d like to celebrate all that is left handed! It’s late in the day, but I didn’t find out about this wonderful day until earlier this evening. I love being a lefty. Sure certain tasks are a bit awkward, but we lefties get by. http://www.wired.com/geekdad/2009/08/do-the-left-thing-happy-left-handers-day/ Is an article I read about being left handed. It makes me feel great to be a part of this minority. Although, since lefties have sufferer throughout the years, there have been companies that came along and created left handed items. Now I’ve contemplated ordering some of the objects at places like http://www.anythinglefthanded.co.uk but I look at it and think, “I’ve been using this same object, but in the right handed version for so long, how can I change now?” Which makes me wonder. Is it really useful to have lefty stores, when lefties already are forced to adjust to a right handed world? We are just so used to it. But beyond all minor issues like that, it’s wonderful to be a lefty.
